Take in surrendered animals and those brought in by Jefferson County Animal Control
Provide humane care for the animals in our custody
Make every effort to identify and return lost pets
Maintain an active adoption program which includes spay/neuter
Offer microchip identification at an affordable price
Quarantine bite animals for rabies observation
Provide services to the citizens of Jefferson County and the cities within the county
Humanely euthanize homeless, unwanted, sick and/or injured animals
